Project Details

This was a 1930's era home. Sometime along the way, previous owners had aluminum siding installed over the original wood siding. To make this home moisture resistant, Sideco removed both layers of siding and installed a moisture proof substrate (Zip System) along with all new Marvin windows that were historically accurate and James Hardie Plank siding and trim. The end result is stunning.

Schedule was maintained and no one smoked/threw cigarette butts in and around our yard. First time I've ever seen either of those happen with a construction crew! I felt safe and confident with those who had to enter my home. It was as painless as I could have imagined! They were even really nice to my dog and left a soccer ball of theirs that he liked when they finished the job (at least I think that was on purpose!).
