We removed the vinyl and aluminum trim. We then installed James Hardie vapor barrier. To finish the look, James Hardie Arctic White Siding and trim was installed. To add some character we mixed in some vertical board batt and custom built new shutters and installed them the old fashion way with hinges and holdbacks. We also completely rebuilt their deck and erected a beautiful pergola.
