GuildQuality is a third-party customer satisfaction firm hired by James Hardie to collect reviews on all residential installs across the country. And for nine consecutive years, Sideco has won the James Hardie Service Excellence Award based on the reviews and customer ratings we have received.
Since 2011, when Sideco first enrolled in the GuildQuality program (as required by James Hardie), we have amassed over 472 full, in-depth reviews. 472 reviewers have answered the question, "Would you recommend Sideco?", and all 472 responded that that indeed would. In the last 40 years we have been adamant against giving discounts. We believe in being honest and transparent with our customers and we charge fairly for the quality of work that we do.
As we head into our 40th year we wanted to do a one-time special for any new customers so we can start the year off with a bang. To any new projects we bid and close on between now and the end of 2024 we will give 7% off of your full contract price.
