This is a nice Pleasant Valley home in Little Rock. We replaced the original Masonite siding with James Hardie smooth beaded plank in Monterey Taupe, James Hardie Trim in Sail Cloth and installed new Marvin windows and doors. The curb appeal of this home increased dramatically as did its energy efficiency. It is now a showplace.
