A decade after replacing their siding, this homeowner decided it was time to upgrade their outdoor living space. Located near the scenic Arkansas River by Two Rivers Park, the property had an old wooden back porch that, while well-maintained, no longer met the homeowner's vision. They wanted a sunroom that would increase natural light, add square footage, and create a perfect spot for sitting and entertaining. Additionally, they desired a deck off the back of the sunroom to maintain the outdoor space from the original deck.
Sideco began by demolishing the existing structure and laying a strong foundation with new cinder block piers for the sunroom. Our team constructed the new sunroom with precision, ensuring it would stand the test of time and weather. The deck was built from the ground up, reflecting our commitment to quality and durability—it's the best way we know how to build a deck to last forever!
Inside the sunroom, we installed energy-efficient Marvin windows, providing both functionality and top-notch quality. The interior features a dark-stained tongue and groove ceiling and durable flooring, creating a warm and inviting space. The new sunroom offers a 180-degree view of the surrounding landscape, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the Arkansas river.
In addition to the sunroom and deck, we were also contracted to repaint the entire home, giving it a refreshed and cohesive look. Pictures of the completed project will be available soon.
