Sideco is a family-owned small business and has served the community of central Arkansas since 1985. We have had the pleasure of serving nearly 6,000 customers in our 39 years of business. It is no accident that more than 50% of our new customers are referred to us by previous customers.

For James Hardie, we are the only Elite Preferred Contractor in the state of Arkansas, and for Marvin and TimberTech, Sideco is their only Authorized Contractors in Arkansas as well.

Our First (and maybe only) Discount Ever!
In the last 40 years we have been adamant against giving discounts. We believe in being honest and transparent with our customers and we charge fairly for the quality of work that we do.
As we head into our 40th year we wanted to do a one-time special for any new customers so we can start the year off with a bang. To any new projects we bid and close on between now and the end of 2024 we will give 7% off of your full contract price.
