As you can see by the before pictures, it offered a beautiful view before we started. We expanded our client's ability to enjoy the beautiful view by building an 1800 square foot wrap around deck, we also built porches on both the front and back side of the home. We provided them an outstanding outdoor living space, significantly increasing the functionality of their home. In addition, we replaced all of the old wood siding and vinyl trim with beautiful James Hardie® plank and James Hardie® trim. Sideco also installed new Marvin® casement windows and built some custom wood shutters. Note how we mounted the shutters with old world hinges and hold backs. What a stunning difference. Our customers will now be able to get the most of their outdoor living space out of their beautiful lake home.
They followed a tight timeline and the completion date was just as they promised. The finished product looks better than I expected.
