The Cedar Siding had reached the end of its life and the existing deck was close to collapsing. Sideco took care of these problems with removing the cedar siding and old exterior sheathing, then installing a new sheathing with the Zip System. After that Sideco installed James Hardie Timber Bark 7" reveal Plank Siding, James Hardie Timber Bark Staggered Shake, James Hardie Cobble Stone Trim, and a new TimberTech Deck with a new substructure that will be safe for the homeowner for years to come.
