This beautiful grade level deck (TimberTech Pecan with hidden fasteners) and lighting for the right ambience. Sideco also built a pavilion or Gazebo for shade and added some planter boxes and bench rails for finishing touches.
Since we completed this beautiful structure our customers have spent every evening enjoying the great outdoors.
It took us a long time to decide to make MAJOR exterior changes to our 1950s home. Sideco was not the cheapest quote but sometimes you do get what you pay for when it comes to home renovations. We wanted Hardie Plank, TimberTech Decking, and Marvin Windows. They made sure to explain the very involved process of removing all of the old wood, the entire old deck structure, and starting from scratch rebuilding and insulating. We also elected to have ALL (including a very large picture window) of our windows replaced. They promised to do our extensive job in 10 days (weather permitting) and with even a few bad days, they still finished in time. Everyone we worked with on the team (would like to list them all but we might forget someone) was very professional and hard working. Even several of our neighbors commented on how nice everyone was throughout the 2 week construction process.
