This home was experiencing moisture issues. Sideco removed the EFIS and installed a vapor barrier, so the home was prepared to take on any potential moisture problems in the future. Then Sideco installed James Hardie 7'' woodgrain timber bark Siding on the home. To accent the plank Sideco installed James Hardie Timber Bark Staggered Shank in the gables. James Hardie Sail Cloth trim was installed to give the Siding more accent. Now the homeowners can know their home is protected from the moisture elements in the Arkansas climate.
Everyone onsite was professional, friendly, and courteous. Our project manager, Anthony, paid special attention to detail and kept us informed of all developments throughout the installation process. They were good to coordinate any work done inside our home with our busy schedule, and we are very happy with the end result!
