This is an iconic Heights home. Sideco was trusted to come in to re-do and extensive 2nd story addition. The previous construction was done improperly and the moisture damage almost completely destroyed the house. The pictures are evident in showing the extensive moisture damage that Sideco repaired, performing extensive moisture management control. We installed beautiful Marvin Windows and Doors, and James Hardie Artisan Historic Profile Plank and Trim.
Jimmy had said before hand that his team worked well together. No contractor is going to tell you he has an average team working for them. But he was actually very correct. They are a well oiled machine, working well together to make the project move along quickly and efficiently. These guys were terrific to work with, very efficient, no sitting around on the job and the quality of work is outstanding. I’m very happy!
