Most home owners have NO idea why there home is experiencing these devastating problems. EIFS or Dryvit was a poplar product for homes exteriors back in the 1990’s and installed correctly its a good product. However, for decades most of this product was not installed correctly, not even close. Sideco removed all the EIFS exterior, all the vinyl soffit and fascia, made all the needed structure repairs ( see pics), then completely re-did the home's exterior with James Hardie Products. When the budget allows we usually replace the windows and the doors while we are at it. This home is Maumelle is now completely redone with beautiful James Hardie Monterey taupe, note the front door and now Sideco re-built the home front porch. Awesome !!!!!!
