The homeowner was ready (and so was the home) to replace the old wood siding. Sideco took off all the old wood siding and replaced the substrate with the zip system. Sideco installed new James Hardie Smooth Siding with 7" reveal and the color was concrete gray from the dream collection. Sideco custom trimmed out every window with James Hardie Trim to match the historical look the home had when it was constructed in 1965. Now the home is ready to take on the elements with a new look!
