At Sideco, we strongly believe that a warranty, no matter what it promises, is worth no more than the company’s reputation.

We all have heard too many horror stories of contractors or manufacturers who have failed to honor their warranties, and so, as Sideco carefully crafted its reputation as a company that focused on craftsmanship and quality, we also necessarily committed ourselves to standing by our work.

James Hardie, Marvin, and TimberTech have excellent manufacturer warranties. It helps that these companies have a solid reputation of standing behind the integrity of their products for many years. James Hardie offers a 30-year, non-prorated warranty. Marvin offers a 20-year warranty on its insulated glass, a 10-year warranty on its non-glass hardware, and a 20-year warranty on the exterior cladding finish. 

A product’s warranty, however, is useless (and typically voided) if that product was not properly installed. And that is why Sideco stands by its work with a 5 year warranty on all siding, window, and decking installations. Our warranty is backed up by 39 years of award winning service from the same address and phone number we've always had. We will be here if you need us. And that is what a warranty is all about.
