Sideco’s reputation is built firmly on the pride and craftsmanship of its employees. Our men and women together have 100s of years of experience in the construction industry. We are not only experts at our crafts, but also pride ourselves on knowing how to communicate with you, the customer. When we work on your home, you’ll always know what is happening each day, you will always be consulted with on design choices that arise in the field, and you will always have someone to contact immediately with any concerns or questions. Every team consists of at least one project manager who oversees five to 10 installers, carpenters, and painters.
In the last 40 years we have been adamant against giving discounts. We believe in being honest and transparent with our customers and we charge fairly for the quality of work that we do.
As we head into our 40th year we wanted to do a one-time special for any new customers so we can start the year off with a bang. To any new projects we bid and close on between now and the end of 2024 we will give 7% off of your full contract price.
